Your privacy is important to eMail121.com (eMail121). This privacy policy outlines the privacy policy of eMail121, which is complied with internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection and with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong.

As part of our operation, eMail121 gathers certain types of information in relation to our members. We would like to explain the types of information we gather, our use of the information and way to review or modify Member information or opt-out from list.

What information is collected from Members?

eMail121 collects two kinds of information from Members. First, eMail121 gathers personally identifiable information. This includes first and last name, age, gender, interest, telephone and fax numbers and email and postal addresses.

Second, eMail121 collects non-personally identifiable information, which includes IP address, operation system, browser software, domain type and Internet Service Provider of Members. eMail121 uses these data to administer its web site and to assemble broad demographic information about site usage.

Purpose of this data collection is to ensure that Members will only receive the most relevant, targeted offers and information from eMail121.

The Use of Cookies

As an important and necessary part of providing customizable and personalized services to Members, eMail121 uses cookies to store and sometimes to track information about Members.

A cookie is a small amount of text file that is sent to a Member's browser from a web server and stored on a Member's computer hard drive. Areas of eMail121's web site where Members are prompted to login or that are customizable require acceptance of cookies.

Cookies are also used to help eMail121 track response to messages sent to Members on behalf of marketers so that eMail121 can monitor and report campaign results to the marketer and track response history.

Since the function of our system depends on our use of cookies, if you choose to reject cookies you will be unable to use eMail121 services.

Privacy Protection to children under the age of 13

The safety of children is important to eMail121. Our web site is a general audience site and is not directed to children under the age of 13. Similarly, eMail121's services are not directed to nor intended for anyone under the age of 13. eMail121 will not knowingly accept members who are under the age of 13 years nor will it knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from or about anyone under the age of 13 years.

In the event that receives notification that a Member is under the age of 13 years, eMail121 will delete all information in its databases about that concerned Member.

Confidentiality

eMail121 will not provide personally identifiable information of a Member to third parties except as noted under Limits of Confidentiality. eMail121 uses leading edge technologies to preserve the anonymity of Members while matching interests of Members with targeted information sent via eMail121. eMail121 will under no circumstance knowingly reveal any Members identity to marketers. It is solely at a eMail121 Member's discretion if he/she chooses to provide personally identifiable information to a marketer by making a purchase, requesting additional information, or communicating directly with the company or organization after visiting its web site or otherwise.

Limits of Confidentiality

As part of our day-to-day business activities, eMail121 may disclose certain aggregate level information about Members to certain Marketers who use eMail121 service(s).

eMail121 will disclose aggregate level information about Members to marketers as reasonably necessary to explain the services that eMail121 can offer, to report on the advertising campaigns that eMail121 undertakes for any particular marketer, and/or to implement and explain campaign strategies.

eMail121 will not knowingly disclose any personally identifiable information about a Member to any third parties except:

(1) with Member permission; or

(2)as required by any applicable law

Use of Members information

eMail121 uses Members information to deliver its services. Thus, Members information is used by eMail121 in identifying information that may be of interest to Members. eMail121 also uses Members information to monitor, interpret, analyze and report campaign results.

Protection of Member Information
eMail121 undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the identity, preferences and other information it has collected about Members and will never knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside eMail121, other than to the Member or as described above under the heading Limits of Confidentiality. eMail121 has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the eMail121 network, including the confidentiality of information collected about eMail121 Members. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol.

Members should also do their parts in protecting their information. Unfortunately, neither eMail121 network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect Members information, eMail121 cannot ensure or warrant the security of Members information. Thus, any information a Member transmits to us is done so at the Member's own risk. Once we receive Members information, eMail121 undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of this information consistent with this Policy.

Reviewing or Modifying Member Information or Opt-out from list

Member may choose at any time to review, modify or permanently remove all information collected by eMail121 about himself/herself by emailing us at privacy@epost121.com or faxing us at (852) 2597-4368 the following:

(1 ) his/her name;

(2) his/her registered email address; and

(3) subject of the message/article/newsletter received, if any

Or

Simply click into eMail121.com and edit his/ her record online.

Policy Changes

eMail121 reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice and only the current Privacy Policy Statement may be deemed effective. Your continued use of eMail121's services following the posting of changes to these terms will mean your acceptance to those changes.
